Explanation
A typical output of an information dot. The colored dots are indications of STW (Speed Through Water). The specific color of the dot is a speed indication as well. The curtain itself is an indication of SOG (Speed Over Ground).
In this example the SOG is greater than STW. The dots are positioned in the curtain instead of on top.
